The plastic profile production line is well optimized. It has advantages like stable plasticizing, slow cutting speed rate ,high output, long service-life.
The unit is composed of cone double-screw-stem extruder, vacoum-sizing table, drawing machine, cutter, laminator, turn-up frame and other.
The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter drive. The temperature control adopt Japan RKC products. The vacuum pump and drawing motor adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple. After replacing the screw cylinder and mould ,it can extrude imitating wood foamed profile
